SOAR Fitness and Fall Prevention offers one-on-one personal training programs in homes, gyms or offices or other client selected locations. Each session will be one-hour, except the first session, which can take up to 2 hours.
A SOAR instructor will come to your home and provide techniques and training to improve your functional fitness, mobility and prevent falls.
